A fun Cardio Workout which can be performed outdoors, without weights

Really want a good outdoor enjoyable workout? Here it shows up! This particular work out will be for people who would like to burn off a lot of fat laden calories in a short amount of time with their own outdoor circuit training. It is not really a “become huge” work out; it is a “turn lean” work out. Get out of the health club for a day and go to the closest park. You are going to exercise below the sun and have a break from the hustle and bustle of life.
Make sure to take at least a gallon of drinking water and a towel for cleaning sweating. Get ready to perspire and feel the burn. This is a work out for people who possess some knowledge in exercising and have done some efforts before too. This is not a workout for starters!
Here is your workout:
[1]    Start off the workout off with a warm-up ten-minute walk.

[2]    Right after the warm-up, do a complete body stretch.



[3]    Find a tree with a low strong limb and do three sets of pull-ups (front or reverse grip) until burn.

[4] Right after the pull-ups, jog for 10 minutes (65% MHR).

[5]    Have a quick moment break and perform 3 sets of push-ups until burn.

[6]    Now take a ten-minute walk.

[7]    Locate a park bench, steps or big rock and perform three sets of dips until burn.

[8]    Now find a wide-open place and run for 30 seconds.

[9]    Right after running, perform 3 sets of squats (with no weight) until burn.

[10]Now run once again for an additional thirty seconds.

[11]    Find a medium sized hill or incline and lunge up and down for three burn sets.

[12]    Now go for another ten-minute walk.

[13]    Your last exercise must be 3 sets of abs crunches (steer up to sky with chin and have knees and feet away from the ground) until burn.

[14]    In order to finish this workout, have a gentle five-minute cool-down walk.

This outdoor exciting and fun work out will burn off fat laden calories, tighten up your entire body, and simply by getting in some fresh air your state of mind will be heightened. Perform this kind of a workout once each 7 days or two to give your entire body some variety and a bit of change. Not all improvement occurs through simply being engaged away in a health club. Do not bore your body ever again! Take it outdoors once in a while to cheer things up a bit!
